It can prepare a task or a change, but nothing happens until someone approves it. Paying invoices isn’t possible at all.
Your choice of model
Business AI works without an AI provider, as a built-in assistant. A server can be set up for Anthropic, Google Gemini, OpenAI or a local model, within your AI policy.
What Business AI may do
Every action Business AI can take has a rule. The model doesn’t decide what it’s allowed to do.
